What Causes Sudden Vision Loss With Blurring?

all of a sudden my vision goes out when its coming back its real blurry it just comes on all of a sudden, i have been feeling real tired with no energy, when my vision is trying to come back it feels like im in a tunnel and see only a yellow light. there are no warning signs i have had to quit driving.

it is related to blood supply. may be due to transient ischemia. the cause of that is to be diagnosed. general checkup of health is to be done. hemogram BP,diabetes be excluded. hemoglobin is to be seen which may be important.
