What Causes Sudden Urge To Urinate That Includes Strands Of Tissue?

Hi in the past three days I ve had a sudden urge to urinate on moment which I don t have to actually go and it just starts coming out and if I don t run to the bathroom it s a problem cause I can t hold it in. So this morning it happens again so when I looked in the toilet there were like many strands of tissue as if I just had a miscarriage but I m sure I m not pregnant I ve already been checked by a doctor not to mention the very clear pink discharge found on my under wear as well. I m scared dr what could this be??

Urinary urgency is the sudden urge to urinate, due to involuntary contractions of the bladder muscle. Urinary urgency is one of the hallmark symptoms of urinary tract infection (UTI) and can be related to other conditions as wel and hematurea its cause by urinary tract infection
