Last night while I was preparing dinner, I suddenly began to shake all over. I continued to complete the preparations in between sitting and resting with my head back. While I didn t feel particularly stressed prior to this during the day, I took a 10 mg. Lexapro tablet thinking it might help. I was able to finish preparing the meal and to eat dinner. I did not share what was happening with my husband. I did have an acute ischemic stroke about almost 2 years ago which was much more violent than the shaking I experienced last night. I had a head on collision in October 2015 with some back and neck injuries, but nothing real serious. However, I was diagnosed by a neurologist with PTSD. Just had my 1 year check up with him in March and everything seemed fine though I am struggling with side effects of the PTSD. I have had one other incident like this shaking when I was taking a shower in Dec. 2015. What do you think may have caused the uncontrollable shaking in my body. When I saw the neurologist in March, he detected a slight tremor in my head which I was not aware I had.
