What Causes Sudden Stomach Pain With Mouth Dryness?

i was driving and i had my stomach start hurting like indegestion or maybe gas, it gradually started getting worse.at the same time my mouth was drying out. the more my stomach hurt the more my mouth dried out. it got real bad,i couldnt sit still,then all of a sudden it eased and went away.

The symptoms you had mentioned are mostly due to some gastric infection. For treatment you can some antibiotic preferably metrogyl after an expert opinion along with cyclopam or mefatl-spaz for stomach pain. You can take cap omez-d or tab pan-d empty stomach with syrup mucaine gel every 4-6 hours at-least one hour before meal to get rid off severe gas or acidity.
