What Causes Sudden Rise In BP And Heart Rate?

I take Lisinipril and BP runs 140/90 p 70 normally. Was at work today and suddenly noticed I was feeling my heartbeat. BP was 170/80 p 49. No other symptoms. At home now, BP and pulse normal and feel fine. Anything to be concerned about I am 61, male, non smoker/drinker. Normal weight and exercise regularly

blood pressure can change during day especially at work
You are on medication so you don't have to worry too much
Measure often your blood pressure these days, if it persist high than lisinopril isn't enough so you will have to take something else (probably diuretics)
