Male 48 good health blood pressure recently is higher it peaks at 150/100 active low is 141/93. I have Dr. Appointment in 14 days if no other septums arise or it doesn't spike any higher, would it still seam OK to keep the already scheduled Dr. Appointment?

Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like stress or anxiety , several medications can cause an increase in blood pressure , salty foods or drinks can cause a sudden increase in blood pressure and when you smoke you inhale nicotine, which has an immediate effect on your blood pressure . I would suggesst you to consult cardiologist for proper examination . Doctor may order test like ECG , TMT , check vitals , complete blood profile along with physical examination . Doctor may prescribe betablockers or calcium channel blockers along with sedative and diuretic . For now quit smoking , lower your salt consumption and try to make your self stress free .
