I wake in the middle of night with a horrible sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach, my skin gets super hyper sensative, I get hot then cold, toss and turn and cannot get back to sleep, go to bathroom, but that freight ended feeling (but I m not scared about anything, it s the only way to describe it), won t go away, the mucus gets worse making me gag, my skin gets more sensative, and I m cold but can t cover up all the way because it s gets too hot and blanket hurts my skin, a horrible flushed feeling that takes hours to go away before I can fall asleep for a little while.
