What Causes Sudden Pain In The Leg?

I am a 57 yr old male that for the last few years gets an occasional and sudden pain in my leg. In just isolated spots on my leg, I will get a pain that feels like I am getting pricked by a pin. It lasts for a few seconds then goes away. That will occur for maybe half an hour then go away for days or even weeks. Any thoughts??

Hello and welcome to Healthcamagic.
These are possible circulation disorders and there may be a blockage of vessels due to atherosclerosis so you should do Doppler ultrasound or CTscan angiography to rule this out.till that ,apply elastic compresses and rest.
I hope I have answered your query. I wish you a nice day.
