Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have onset of double vision. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like astigmatism , dry eye , cataracts , macular degeneration or squint . I would suggest you to consult ophthalmologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may order blood tests, a physical exam, imaging studies like computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) .
Hope your concern has been resolved. Doctor may recommend surgery or may prescribe medication for problems like myasthenia gravis .
