What Causes Sudden Leg Tremors Followed By Fainting Spells?

yesterday I was cleaning my closet. I was down getting clothes and next thing I know my boyfriend is holding me asking if im okay , I did not know what he was talking about . He told me I was standing then all of a sudden my legs give out and I fall straight down. He rushed over and stood me up and he said I was shaking and I put my hands up as if I was asking what he was doing and then started shaking again. then after I calmed down I put my hands over my eyes ,looked at him and asked what he was doing. Since then ive had a line of pain going down my left leg and I cant stand on it for too long cause itll feel like its going to give out. along with that my left side from my hip to my armpit is soar along with my left shoulder and left side of my neck.

Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM .
Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
IN the given situation, You seems to suffer from-Syncope with VBAIS(Vertebro-Basialr Artery Insufficiency Syndrome) due to Cervical Spondylosis
Because of the Cervical Spondylosis, osteophytes at C5,6 cause arterial compression during rotational movements done while changing clothes.
This lead to Syncopal attack-with Vaso-Vagal attack. So you fell on left shoulder, neck, and hip side, which got sore.
The shivers you got were from -Cerebral Hypoxia caused from Syncope due to vertebral basilar artery compression during rotational movements.
Pain in legs and lack of strength-were from severe hypotensive muscle hypoxic injury to calf and leg muscles, during Syncopal attack.
Computed tomographic Angiography would fix the cause of Compression of Vertebral Basilar Artery Compression during rotation of neck-due to Cervical Canal stenosis with C5/6 osteophytes.
Other causes -with Accompanying or independent causes need to be ruled out any verified, before starting final treatment in your case.

Treatment and Do's suggested
After Consults with Neuro-Surgeon and assessment of your case, follow suggestions-to deal with this case accordingly.
Hope this would help you to plan further of this complex illness of yours.
