What Causes Sudden Increase In BP?

I Have noticed an increase in my blood pressure over the past 3months, (i.e. 125 /85 to 145/95). I am currently taking Lotrel 5/10, Garlique, Gingko Biloba and 1 tab of Mega Men Sport and 1tab of Mega Men Prostate and Virility. I weigh about 180lbs and I am 5'10. I exercise as follows: 3x week 2miles on treadmill and 2x week I play raquetball for about an hour. I have been on this regimen for about 5 or more years and I am 56 years old as of !/30/20015. I have been in the dental profession for over 25 years. I did have a sinus infection in December and I was briefly taken off of Lotrel and placed on an ARB (Azor) because of the cough i had developed but I was switched back after that was ruled out. Any helpful info you could give me would as to what may have contributed to this increase would be appreciated. I have no other medical problems other than high blood pressure. my email address is: YYYY@YYYY
