What Causes Sudden Increase In BP, Extreme Fatigue, Weakness And Palpitations?

Lately my blood pressure has gotten higher. My hypertension has been controlled by medication for a long time, but now has increased to 151/120/101 pulse; and 191/104/103 an hour and a half later. I am extremely fatigued and experience some general weakness. I am also having some palpitations, but no chest pains or pain down arms at present.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, if the B.P, is so fluctuate there could be some problem with the heart. Of course there may not be chest pain, or shoulder pain.
I advise you to consult a cardiologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have E.C.G,echo,stress test etc for diagnosis.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have good health and resistance.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
