What Causes Sudden Heated Sensation In The Face?
I started Felodipine er 2.5 mg last wednesday. Three days ago my face started to flush and feel real hot. It would go away in about a hour. Today it started 1 1/2 hours after I took the pill and has continued to flush and feel hot all day. It is 9:40 pm Pacific time now. What should I do?

Flushing is a know side effect of the medication. It is not dangerous but you should talk to your doctor about what to do about this. Call and talk to whoever is on call for your doctor and ask their advice about whether or not to stop the medication.
