What Causes Sudden Fatigue, Weight Loss And Loss Of Appetite?
Generally not feeling 100% well. Tiredness, low energy, recent weight loss (unexplained). Trying to keep up nutrition. Have been seeing primary care physician (.internist ) for some time. Have ruled out heart (have been tested by a cardiologist) & have also seen a pulmonary specialist (also ruled out). Primary doctor found via blood testing something with auto-immune deficiency. What might this be & what type of specialist could help?
An endocrinologist would help in autoimmune causes of thyroid disease or other hormonal conditions. A rheumatologist would help with autoimmune diseases such as lupus , rheumatoid etc.
Your doctor would need to clarify exactly what the issue is, so that you can be correctly referred.
I hope this helps
