What Causes Sudden Fatigue And Palpitations?
Friday I felt weak for no reason I eat healthy but I do have gastritis I felt really weak got an ekg and it came out okay, I almost passed out I went to the hospital my heart was racing until they gave me morphin I got out the hospital and felt wierd all sat. Feeling nervous once again at night I had my heart skip a beat and I got really cold u got anxious and my heart started beating fast again the ambulance came for me I got out saturday but I had trouble going to sleep I woke up today and still feel super nervous everytime I stand up my heart races really fast and I have to sit down its my 3rd day feeling like this what couldbit be anxiety? Or my heart?

I had gone through the case and i found that there may be a-lot of reason,1-anxiety due to heard the history of heart problem or anything else,2-Hypoglycemia,3-any heart issue,you did not mention your age,well do not worry.I will advise you to go for health and heart checkup to rule out the problem.
Blood sugar level,Treadmill test,Echocardiography or Holter for 24 hr to ruleout the miss beat and pulse rate.After the invesigation you can rule out the exact diagnosis.Hope my answer will be effective for you.
