What Causes Sudden Fainting When On Medication For Hypertension?

i am 50 years old i suffer from sudden fainting repeated every10 days i take medication of hypertension and ischemic heart disease my blood pressure is not stable but i did not suffer from any chest pain or headach my question is what is the cause of fainting?

The same problem affecting the heart could also be affecting the brain – ischemia of the brain
There are a few others like Arrhythmia, postural hypotension, anaemia and so on
See your Internist / get yourself examined / investigation may be necessary...
