What Causes Sudden Dizziness?

Hello, I just went into my room to go to sleep. I bent over to get into bed and I got a head-rush. I get head rushes quite often but not usually this long (it lasted about a minute and a half) then after my headrush went away my nose started to bleed and didn t stop fornabout 5 minutes. Do you have any idea what might be wrong?

postural variation of dizziness is common in local ear , nose, throat infections.. severe congestion of nasal blood vessels along with ear infection may be the cause.. eg post viral labyrinthitis. one episode of visible nasal bleed need not worry
