What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Pins And Needles All Over The Body?

i have just had an episode that has happened a few times before, but my doctor couldnt tell me what it was.i suddenly feel dizzy and short of breath, and i start getting pins and needles all over including my head and nose.they can get so bad that my hands screw up and i cant move and its very painfull

It seems from the history that you are having recurring episodes of sudden onset of dizziness with numbness lasting for few minutes.
This indicates transient ischemia. The common causes are hypotension, anemia, hypoglycemia...
However the vascular causes like atherosclerosis, vasculitis, carotid artery disease..... needs to be ruled out.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
