Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms mentioned by you- lightheadedness, dizziness, loss of vision, hearing loss, having no control over body, loss of consciousness, forgetfulness etc. is suggestive of some vascular abnormality.
Transient loss of blood supply to brain can lead to all these symptoms.
Transient loss of blood supply to brain can occur in cases of atherosclerosis of blood vessels, spasm of blood vessels, etc.
A doppler ultrasound of blood vessels of head and neck is required to assess the status of blood vessels.
Further management can be planned after clinical assessment and thus management.
I suggest you to consult a neurologist for further work up and thus treatment.

Thanks and take care
