What Causes Sudden Change In Sperm Production?

My last two semen samples have resulted in no sperm. last year, all my counts were very good, of no concern. my wife and are trying to conceive, she has had surgery last year to correct her uterus and remove endometriosis. as we were preparing for insemination, it was found to have no sperm in my sample. I am only on omeprazole, and lisinopril for high bp. lisinopril only since August 2013. I have noticed a few more episodes of heart palpitations, esp on days I find I drink minimal to no water. what could cause the sudden change in sperm production? thanks.. paul
