Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am male, and just turned 21. I have always been calm and I never get angry. Recently I have been getting mad at small things and I have also been growing more and my voice is changing again. I have just been getting so emotional, with no deaths or struggles in my life. I don't know what is wrong, it feels like I'm going through puberty again.
What you report might just be a normal variant of human behavior. However, if they are causing you significant distress, I suggest you take help of a Psychiatrist in this regard.
Hope that helps, Dr A Rao
