General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic.
I have read & understood your problem.
Body tremors in a diabetic patient indicates low blood sugar. Probably you are on a very tight diet/ exercise schedule in order to control your diabetes without medicines.
First of all such tremors due to low blood sugar can be controlled with quick ingestion og sugar ( may be glucose tablet/ a glass of water with sugar/ fruit juice with added sugar)
* I would suggest to get your diabetic profile rechecked & also get other investigations to exclude other causes of tremors ( alternatively tremors can be due to physical or psychological stress/ thyroid problem/ alcoholism/ withdrawal of tobacoo)
consult a diabetologist for need of medication & prevention of low blood sugar in future.
Thanks.
