What Causes Sudden Black Out With Ringing In Ears?

I was standing in a room talking and all of the sudden my vision started to go black. I figured it would come back after a few seconds but it didn't. I then started to feel very hot and there was this awful ringing in my ears that was getting so loud I could not hear my mom talking to me. After a minute or 2, my vision came back, and I cooled down. And a few minutes later, the ringing stopped. Should I be worried?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello and welcome to health care magic,

Since it was only a single episode I would not worry much but it is better to be safe and clear than worry. In any case I would advice you to get a CT Brain and Temporal Bone and also an audiometry testing done if possible and get back to me or any ENT.
In any case you need to reduce the stress and salt in your diet and keep your pressure under control and also make sure that you do not stand at the same position for long period of time.

regards
