What Causes Strong Urine Disorder When Diagnosed With Severe Endometriosis?

Strong smelling and foamy urine. Have to urinate a lot and have a lot of hot flashes. I had a complete hysterectomy at age 31 am now 52. I had severe endometriosis and poly systic overies. Get occasional chest pains and only take a blood pressure pill. Any ideas what is wrong?

Hello there. You seem to be having a urinary tract infection. It needs to be treated with antibiotics. If I were your physician I would have given you a course of Tab Norflox 400 twice daily for 5 days. Along with it syrup Alkasol to be mixed with water , twice daily to maintain the alkalinity of the urine. Increase your water intake. Also cranberry juice can further help to treat the infection.
