What Causes Strong Sulphur Smell In Nose With Releasing Strong Gas?

hi- I have a strong sulfer smell in my nose, my gas this am was strong of it too (unlike me!)....i had sinus surgery 5 mos ago...deviated septum, polyps removed, & rhinoplasty &endoscopic etc.. any ideas?? it is making me nauseas & light headache- any thoughts much appreciated!!!

Hi.
This is very specific complaint that you have noted- the sulphur smell, this is really very strong.
Noted your history of nasal surgeries 5 months ago, so many of them, sinus surgery, deviated septum, polyps removed, rhinoplasty etc.
So many surgeries can cause atorphic rhinitis to some extent, which in turn cause formation of the scab and propensation of the bacteria that can produce sulphur smell.
I would advise you in such a situation the following:
Get an opinion of an ENT Surgeon, go for ENT endoscopy, CT scan of the sinuses and see for the reasons and get treated as per the causes found.
