What Causes Stringy Milky Discharge From Eye After Cataract Surgery?

I had cataract surgery 3 1/2 days ago. I am allergic to latex and silcone. I have an abbot intraocular lens implant in my left eye. I am using two types of drops: each 4 x per day:Trimethoptim and Prednisolone. Since my patch came off, 24 hours post op, and the start of the drops, I have a stringy milky discharge from my eye each time I administer the drops. Is it possible I am sensitive to the acetate lens?

nothing to worry. .
that could be because of prednisolone eye drops which is a suspension form..
shake the bottle before you instill ..
If vision and everything else is fine no need to worry..
If you have dimness of vision, pain or redness do consult the doctor..
hope this information is helpful to you. .
