What Causes Strange Fluttery Sensation In Upper Left Abdomen?

I have been feeling a strange fluttery sensation in my upper left abdomen. It isn't painful, it's directly below my rib cage on the right side. I can actually see the movement.

I checked my heartbeat and it seems to be beating fine. The fluttery happens more quickly than the heartbeat.

What's going on?
