What Causes Stomach Upset With Constipation And Diarrhea?

I have had an upset stomach for about 2 weeks now. I alternate between constipation and diarrhea. I am bloated, and have been getting frequent headaches and bouts of nausea. The upset stomach gets worse right after I eat. I also have a decreased appetite. Two of my coworkers are now complaining of the exact same issues. What could it be?

Take Tab. Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily for 5 days.
Cap. Esomeprazole 40mg one before breakfast.
Tab. Itopride 50mg 1+1+1 before meals.
You will be all fine.
