What Causes Stomach Upset And Pounding Headaches Post Intake Of Food?

I have been having issues eating lately. I use to eat most of my meals but lately I have been skipping lunch. After I eat dinner my stomach gets upset and I have frequent pounding headaches. I also have a soar throat and when I cough my rib/lung area hurts. I am to afraid to tell my family or friends and didn t know if I could get help by myself. Thank you for your time.

I really appreciate your concern, dyspepsia could be the cause of this and it could be in form of hyperacidity and if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Omeprazole 40m mg and Domperidone 10 mg once in a day at evening time, hope this information helps.
