What Causes Stomach Upset And Dizziness?

Hi, my head is reeling from past 2 days and i was puking for the first day.
Visited a doc I guess he has treated me for my puking / stomach upset
We called the doc and he suggested I take 1 Vertin tablet.
Today my head is still reeling... contemplating whether it is safe for me to go to office.
Kindly revert ASAP.
