What Causes Stomach Tightness And Right Abdomen Pain?
iam 40 years ,female. idont take alcohole. my hepities tests are also normal. iam over weight. from the last one month i have problemof tight belly and severe pain in right upper abdomen region at a particular point. my sgpt comes72 andot came68. what should i do

-Over weight
-Pain in right abdomen
All points are in favor of' Cholelithiasis' (Gall stones)
I advice for ultrasound upper abdomen to confirm the diagnosis
Two options
1-surgery
2-conservative treatment-just wait and watch
3-Pain killers when ever needed
4-Ruduce weight
5-Non spicy,low fat diet
