What Causes Stomach Sickness, Abdominal Pain, Headache, Loose Bowels, Dizzy With Vertigo?

sick to my stomach all the time...pain in abdomen...headaches...numb toes...exhausted all the time...I either have loose bowels or can t go...Oh and forgot that I m dizzy with vertigo...which could be making me sick to my stomach...Vertigo comes and goes a couple times a year...I ve been trying things like Pepto...and ibuprofin...
