What Causes Stomach Rumbling?
Hi, I got a stomach ache late Thursday night and ended up vomiting for the majority of Friday and had diahrea. The vomiting stopped Friday evening but my stomach still hurts and I still am getting diahrea, although less frequent. I was able to eat a little today but not much. My stomach has also been rumbling a lot and loudly. I haven t been able to sleep much, my stomach constantly hurts. Any suggestions?
