What Causes Stomach Rumbling And Discomfort In Throat?

Hi. I started to get a wheezing in my stomach and lower left side today when I breath in deeply. It feels sort of like a wheezing/gurgle/rumble. I am also constantly clearing my throat (i think i might have post nasal dry as i always have this), and seem to be getting a slight cough. I also get shortness of breath sometimes. I m 32 years old, male. I ve had anxiety and heart palpitations, chest pain, shortness of breath. Had a CT Scan, Echocardiogram, EKG, Stress Test, All sort sorts of blood work done five months ago and everything was ok.Could this be anything serious?

HI. This can be serious. Feeling of wheezing/gurgle/rumble can be due to internal hernia( Hiatus Hernia)or intestinal problems like obstruction. A simple lying down X-ray of abdomen and chest can give idea about the hernia going into the chest. An
Endoscopy of stomach may help.
