What Causes Stomach Pains With Diarrhea?
I have a strong pain in my stomach it is sharp, right under my rib cage on the left side. This pain I have been dealing with for months now. But in this past weekend I have had loud bubbles travel through my lower left side followed but diarrhea . I've also had sharp stabbing sensation on the left side of my back same spot as the front.

it may be due to IBS or colitis. Nothing to worry
But chronic pain may be due gastritis, left pyelonephritis, nephrolithiasis, pancreatitis, spleenic flexor of colon pathology etc.
Take tab. Ornidazole - Ofloxacine twice in a day for 5days.
Tab. Librax twice a day.
Avoid spicy oily foods
Consult your doctor if symptoms not improved.
