What Causes Stomach Pains, Weight Loss And Tingling Sensation In Arm?
I have been suffering with stomach pains and weight loss due to lack of appetite. I have now been told that this is due to worm like infection and would be investigated further. I m also getting tingling daily in my right arm, can this be related to the stomach infection?

Loss of appetite could be due to some liver pathology and intestinal infection, in my opinion first this need to be treated for intestinal infection and the best drug would be Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, second for worm infection it is advisable to get it confirm and for this stool examination is must, tingling would be due to general weakness, and less energy, hope this information helps, take care.
