I am a 42 yr old male, 183 lbs, 6' tall. no health issues previous. I get a pain or discomfort in my left side by lower rib. I have been to dr and she said I had a bowel sound when I breath. I was given Tecta for three months and not told what I had. Now a yr later I have treated it as a Hiatas hernia and adjusted my eating. I eat smaller meals, nothing before bed. It helps a bit but mornings are bad. When i eat something I get pains. I get working and sometimes have to rest. I have had a stress test and stress echo- evrything ok. I also get a tired feeling in the top of my left arm, which goes away.
