What Causes Stomach Pains, Cramps, Recurring Diarrhea And Nausea?

I have had stomach pains, cramping/burning feeling. diarreah on and off. nausea for a week now. I went to the doctor and she told me I had norovirus but everything I read about it doesnt sound like that is what I have.. I dont have diareah anymore but still have stomach cramps, and nausea and extreamly tired.... ideas?

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be suggestive of some infection and protozoa is the likely condition.
Mild case of infection may not need any treatment it only needs treatment when the symptoms persist for days, I would suggest to try Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, ideally stool needs to be sent for lab examination for better diagnosis, try to change the diet too.
