What Causes Stomach Pain With Vomiting In Patients With A Normal Ultrasound Report?

I have been experiencing stomach pain on and off for 4 to 5 months 6 different times severe cramps followed by diarrhea vomiting passed out twice after 3 hours I am weak but fine happens about every 3 weeks abd ultrasound neg blood work all normal stool showed norovirus what the heck is going on my doctors are clueless

I really appreciate your concern, if all the tests are negative and unremarkable then such abdomen pain could be due to functional in origin and it can be managed with Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide three times in day try to come out of the stress hope this information helps.
