What Causes Stomach Pain With Bloating And Diarrhea?
Hi! My friend just returned from Iraq, and he says he thinks he has a stomach infection of some sort. He said that he can t hold water in (it just goes right through him). I asked him if he was constipated, and he said no I have to go all the time- no nausea either- I can still eat and eat and eat but I m scare to because I feel like my stomach is going to explode . He said his stomach hurts really bad. He thinks it might be worms? He is in Hawaii right now, and he is trying to get to the doctors, but he is afraid they might cancel his leave. Do you know what this could be?

I really appreciate, this could be due to the colicky abdominal pain this may be due to the intestinal infection and may be worm infestation likely, it dose not matter if taken anti-helminthic treatment if there is history of non hygienic drinking water, some time better to treat the intestinal infection too, and the option would be Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day, for five days, take care.
