What Causes Stomach Pain, Nausea And Chest Pain In A Child?
She is an active 14 yr old girl complaining of stomach pain and nausea, says her heart hurts and burns and hard to breathe tonight, fatigue if active in sports or just sitting and doing nothing, problems with insomnia. Her parents took her to the Mayo Clinic and were told it was her hormones.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your child have symptoms of stomach pain, nausea and chest pain. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like food allergy, gastroenteritis, acid reflux or problem related with heart like angina. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order endoscopy of esophagus , X-ray of upper digestive track and ambulatory acidity test . Doctor may prescribe H2 blockers , proton pump inhibitor along with antacid . Doctor may also refer you to allergy specialist or cardiologist if he/she find problem to be related with food allergy like sea food and uts or problem like angina . For now avoid eating spicy food and also avoid seafood and nuts .
