What Causes Stomach Pain In The Upper Abdominal Region?

I am suffering from the stomach pain in the upper abdominal which usually start after the mid night and lasts till 1:30. I have gone under many tests which include endoscopy, ultrasound, blood test and biospy. Endoscopy results lax GE junction and ultrasound results enlarged slpeen, blood test is normal and awaiting biospy report. Can you please tell me where we could be leading with these reports and what biospy report might relieve?

* This is more probably from reflux of stomach acid due to lax GE junction

* Biopsy report may reveal gastritis with ulcer either H.Pylori positive
or negative .
