What Causes Stomach Pain During Pregnancy?
i am in 30th weak of pregnancy i am getting bad stomach pain from yesterday night i cant able to bear the pain also back pain its my first child birth please prescribe some good home remedy i feel i got gastric and my body become heat. please suggest me some good remedies for my stomach pain please.

All events during pregnancy need to be reported to your doctor to make sure all is well. Abdominal pain along with other warning symptoms like bleeding, severe cramping, etc; could all be symptoms with serious outcomes.
In the meantime, you could take ranitidine if at all you are experiencing digestive difficulties, but please do not take anything more than this.
