What Causes Stomach Pain During Bowel Movement?
Hi, every time I have to go to the bath room my tummy aches and I have to go right away cause it hurts, its that feeling you get when you have diarrhea only it's not it's just regular bowel movements, I'm wondering what could be causing it? It only happens when I have to go number 2.

I really appreciate your concern, most of the time such symptom of diarrhea could be due to IBS (Irritable Bowel syndrome), but infection also needs to be rule out and for that condition can be managed with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, if this fails to work then IBS could be the cause and in my opinion it needs to be confirmed hope this information helps.
