Hello young lady thanks for your question Looking at your history this could be due to any of following or its combination acute gastroenteritis, PMS (premenstrual symptoms) stomach hyperacidity indigestion worm infestation you can go for stool analysis for ova cyst or protozoa i would like further information to help you better you are having gas or regurgitation/reflux pain in abdomen is constant or intermitttent Are you taking any other medicines in my opinion you should take PPI ( proton pump inhibitors ) group of drugs like pantoprazole with antacids and probiotics you may require a course of antibiotics after a stool test you should avoid fatty fried spicy and junk foods as well as carbonated drinks Have plenty of fluids and fresh fruits like citrus fruits pineapple and lemon water which helps in indigestion please revert back to us with all details I will be happy to help you Regards
