hi. i'm female, 20 years old. i am recently having stomach aches lasting for almost 5 days, and i feel like vomiting. I went to pharmacies and they only recommended pepto and tums which wasn't really working. i just got my period so it shouldn't be pregnancy. I don't feel like eating. What's wrong with me?
HI Well come to HCM Thank for asking Your query being appreciated, if this is just symptoms of nausea and abdomen pain then it could be due to dyspepsia (Indigestion ) try to change the diet or take care in eating for some time like avoid eating heavy meal, spicy oily, fried food, but it may not the pregnancy related symptoms and jus to clear the doubt you will have get done the pregnancy test but for sure it is not the pregnancy, I would suggest to try Tab Domperidone 10 mg three times in day if the symptoms long last then it need to be ruled out for biliary colic, renal colic, hepatic pathologies, then you will have to see the physician for further workup and diagnosis for abdomen pain Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen can be tried hope this information helps.
