What Causes Stomach Pain And Vomiting?
Hello Dr, I have a 2.25 year old son.Today early morning he had stomach pain and vomiting. So I gave Cyclopam around 2ml. After an hour or two, he vomited. Is it the after effect of this medicine? Shall I give the same today evening too, if he suffers stomach pain? he weighs around 12 KGs Thanks

hi there
yeah repeat the same dose in the evining.it does nt look like the after effect.Also use syrup Gaviscon(Magnesium trisilicate, Aluminum hydroxide) half tsf thrice daily and syrup motillium(domperidone)half tsf thrice daily on empty stomach.
