What Causes Stomach Pain And Vomiting?

I suddenly had stomach pains that started as a dull ache then a burning sensation. I became very nauseous. I tried to use the toilet and stool was very soft. I vomited a little because I haven t eaten much, just a papaya and passion fruit. I layer down and when laying on my side, my stomach burns more, it stopped when I layer on my back but eventually began to burn when on my back. I felt VERY hungry and ate a couple random things and it seemed to help some. Any ideas?

Hi dear,
Your presentation seems to be one caused from food poisoning. Pappaya or passion fruit may have contaminated with virus or bacteria. The symptoms will differ according to the organism and treatment also. Most food-borne illnesses are mild and improve without any specific treatment. But if serious the anti biotic therapy have to be done with advise from your doctor. He will decide which one is best for you based on laboratory tests.
You have to take rest and drink plenty of water.
With thanks
