What Causes Stomach Pain And Lack Of Appetite?
hi there... my son is 11yrs old and has had a bad belly pain for two days. he is very pale, no appetite at all, feels weak...pain is more achy than sharp and is in the center of belly just around bellybutton area. he has had normal bowel movements recently.

I really appreciate your concern, it could be colicky abdomen pain and most probably it could be due to worm infestation I would advise to rule this out on confirmation it may requires antihelminthics till then for pain Dicyclomine can be used the most worry part is intestinal obstruction and care needs to be taken for that, accordingly hope this information helps.
