What Causes Stomach Pain And Irregular Periods?

I need answers
Ive been having really bad stomach aches, im irregular so I haven't started my period for a month. I get my paing on my left side of my stomach. Ive took a pregnancy test but it came out negative and I dont experience anything from pregnancy so what can it be ?
